Profyle is a digital profile platform operated by Ripplify. By registering, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us through Contact Us if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Profyle a limited licence to host, process, format, and display that content solely to provide the service.

• Only upload content you own or are authorised to use.
• Do not publish unlawful, infringing, malicious, misleading, discriminatory, or privacy-violating content.
• You control whether your profile is published and whether search-engine discovery is enabled.
• We may restrict or remove content or access when required for security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.

Plan features, billing intervals, currencies, and prices are shown on the Plans page before checkout. Payments are processed by the selected third-party gateway. Taxes or provider-calculated charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout.

Paid features are available for the purchased access period after successful payment confirmation. Plan changes, expiry, cancellation, and free-access fallback operate as described in the product and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We work to keep Profyle available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update features, security controls, pricing, or these terms. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated through the site or account where reasonably practicable.

To the extent permitted by law, Profyle and Ripplify are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, search-engine ranking decisions, third-party gateway downtime, or content published by users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the service or unpublish your profile at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements.
